We offer a collaborative approach to defining a plan to meet our client's decarbonisation pathway. The plans are supported by a techno-economic assessment and concept design information.

Building & Portfolio Analytics

We use analytical methods to identify poorly performing buildings and systems, and provide the business case for improvements based on energy modelling techniques. We provide high-level stock assessments to help identify priorities within a portfolio.

Engineering Design

We want to see your decarbonisation plans delivered. We provide full MEP design and specification services to support project procurement. We can also provide design reviews to help ensure that contractor proposals meet your project requirements.

Project Delivery

We provide technical advisory services to support the project through the construction phase. Once the implementation is complete, we can assist with system monitoring and verification.
